The Global Impact Ecosystem Accelerator is a structured process to activate the entrepreneurial community of a region to get together and push their innovation ecosystem to new boundaries. The partners of the Global Impact Ecosystem Accelerator co-invest in emerging impact ecosystem in the Global South as well as in developed countries.
As an institutional partner, the Ecosystem Accelerator offers you the opportunity to put your region on the fast track by embedding your ecosystem actors in an international community of peers.
Past Edition: Stockholm
The Global Impact Ecosystem Accelerator celebrated it's first edition in early 2023 in Stockholm where 6 projects were accelerated by the partners including Norrsken Foundation, the German Federal Ministry for Development' BMZ Digilab, Invest Stockholm, BMW Foundation, Coompanion, WorldStartup, DEEP Ecosystems and many more.

In partnership with World Startup, we host an introduction to startup ecosystem development and the Global Impact Ecosystem Accelerator. The workshop serves as a catalyst for facilitating collaboration and equipping participants with the necessary tools and knowledge to further develop their ecosystems. We invite ecosystem coordinators, leaders, governments, and startup support organisations to join this interactive online workshop.

The first part of the session will focus on ecosystem analysis and implementing strategies to strengthen the ecosystem.
In the second part, we will present case studies and engage in networking and partnership opportunities to translate ideas into reality.
